Our Return Policy

All computer systems purchased have one year limited warranty. D.O.A claim must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Return for credit or refund within 14 days are subject to 20% restocking charge. Return after 14 days, repair only. All goods returned must be accompanied with invoice and have RMA#. A finance charge will be added to past due account at the rate of 2% per month. If legal proceedings are instituted hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred therein.
